Before you decide to work with us, you may have many questions in your mind. Let us answer them for you.

Q1: What payment methods do you have?

Answer: We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Payme (Hong Kong customers only).

Q2: We want to get the quotation. What information do we need to provide to you?

Answer: In order to facilitate the quotation, it is best to specify the design type, size, and quantity when inquiring. If you have a special style you want, please tell us in advance.

Q3: Can you provide the first draft for reference before placing the deposit?

Answer: No. After paying the deposit, we will provide the first draft for customers to view. If you want to have a work reference, you can refer to the portfolio and Instagram posts.

Q4: How much do I need to pay as a deposit?

Answer: The deposit is half of the amount listed on the quotation. For example, if the quotation is $1000, you need to pay $500 as a deposit. The remaining $500 will be collected after the project is completed.

Q5: After paying the deposit, how long does it usually take to complete the design project?

Answer: The time of completion depends on the quantity and scale of the project. Generally, it takes about one week to complete a project. When quoting, we will also estimate the completion date for your reference.

Q6: After receiving the first draft, will you provide free revision service?

A: After reviewing the first draft, customers are welcome to give comments. We will provide free revision services twice to meet the requirements in the minds of customers. Thereafter, each revision will be charged separately.
